Dedicated Mobile Proxies Terms of Service
Version dated October 10, 2026. These terms are the whole of the contract between you and Dedicated Mobile Proxies. They apply from the moment you create an account at desk.dedicatedmobileproxies.com, add funds, or send a single request through a modem we have assigned to you. We have kept them short and literal on purpose: every clause below describes something that actually happens in the service, and nothing here is boilerplate we would not stand behind. If a clause is unclear, write to [email protected] before you buy and someone will explain it in plain terms.
1. The hardware, described exactly
What you rent is the exclusive use, for a fixed term, of one physical cellular device that we own and operate, together with the carrier SIM installed in it. The device is a 4G or 5G USB modem, a cellular router, or an Android phone; you pick the type at checkout from what is available in the city you choose. The SIM is a genuine subscriber SIM from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. The device sits in a facility we run in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, the Charlotte or Research Triangle area of North Carolina, or Boston.
For the whole term, that device and that SIM carry your traffic and no one else's. We do not place a second customer on the same modem, we do not sell ports on it, and we do not route anyone else's requests through its radio. This exclusivity is the product. It is also the limit of the product: the public address the carrier assigns to the SIM is drawn from the carrier's shared pool, is used concurrently by the carrier's own subscribers, can change when the carrier ends a session, and may be reassigned to you again later. We do not own the address and we make no promise about which address you will hold.
2. What you can do with the line
You connect over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 using the host, ports, username and password shown in your dashboard. UDP is carried over SOCKS5. You may keep the current address for as long as the carrier holds the session, and you may request a new one as often as you like through the dashboard, your rotation link, the API, a timer you set, or by hand. You may move the device assignment to another of our cities from the dashboard at no charge, with the unused part of your term carried across.
Throughput depends on radio conditions, tower load and the carrier's own traffic management at the device's location. 4G lines usually run 20 to 45 Mbps and 5G 50 Mbps and up, but these are typical readings, not guarantees, and we do not promise any particular speed at any particular moment.
3. Your account and who may use it
You must be at least eighteen and able to enter a binding contract. Your account is for you or for the company you represent. You are responsible for everything done with your credentials, including by staff and by software you run. Keep the proxy password and the dashboard password private; if either leaks, change it from the dashboard at once and tell support so we can look for misuse. We may ask you to confirm your identity or the ownership of a payment method before activating a plan or releasing funds.
4. Paying for a term
Every plan is prepaid. Hourly plans cost $2 on 4G and $3 on 5G for the first two hours, then $2 or $3 for each further hour, up to four hours in one purchase, and never renew by themselves. Daily plans are $5 on 4G and $6 on 5G, weekly $28 and $31, monthly $69 and $79. Prices are shown in US dollars and the price at checkout is the price you pay. We accept cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency including USDT TRC-20, BTC and ETH, and Zelle or wire on request through support.
Daily, weekly and monthly plans renew automatically from your account balance at the end of each term unless you turn renewal off in the dashboard before the term ends. If the balance does not cover the renewal, the plan enters the late-payment process in section 5. Account balance is a prepayment for our services; it is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.
5. If a renewal is not paid
When a term ends and the renewal cannot be charged, the device stays assigned to you and keeps working for 24 hours. During that window you can add funds and the renewal goes through with no interruption.
If the renewal is still unpaid after 24 hours, the device is suspended: it remains assigned to you, but it stops carrying traffic. You can lift the suspension at any time during the next 24 hours by paying.
If the renewal is still unpaid 48 hours after the term ended, the assignment is forfeited. The device goes back to our available stock, another customer may receive it, and we have no obligation to return the same device, SIM, carrier or address to you afterwards. A new order starts a new term on whatever is available. These three steps are the only late-payment process we operate; there are no additional fees.
6. Unlimited data, and the one use it does not cover
Every plan includes unlimited data. We do not count bytes, we do not sell allowances and we do not slow a line because it has carried a lot of proxy traffic. Browsing, account management, monitoring, scraping of public pages at a sane pace, API calls, app traffic, streaming for testing and anything else that a proxy is ordinarily used for is covered without a ceiling.
The single exception is using the line as a bulk download or upload pipe: sustained transfer of large files, torrents, mirroring, backups or any other use whose purpose is moving volume rather than doing proxy work. That pattern gets a consumer SIM cut off by the carrier, which would end your service as well as ours. If we see it we will write to you first; if it continues we may suspend the line, and section 9 applies.
7. Conduct we do not allow
You may not use the line for anything unlawful where you are or where the traffic lands. In particular: no fraud, no unauthorised access to systems or accounts, no credential stuffing, no distribution of malware, no harassment, no material that exploits minors, no spam in any medium, no evasion of a ban that a platform has applied to you, and no collection of personal data without a lawful basis. You may not resell, sublet or share access to the device with anyone outside your own organisation, and you may not attempt to reach the device's management interfaces or our infrastructure.
We do not inspect the content of your traffic. We do act on complaints from carriers, from platforms and from law enforcement, and on patterns that our own monitoring flags. Where a complaint is credible we may suspend first and ask questions afterwards, because a carrier complaint can take the SIM out of service for everyone.
8. Refunds and credit
Our refund policy page is part of these terms. In summary: within the first 24 hours of a plan you may cancel for a full refund; after that, the unused days of a daily, weekly or monthly plan are refunded as a prorated amount. Refunds are credited to your account balance, and within the first 24 hours of a plan you may instead ask for the money to go back to the payment method or wallet it came from. Downtime that is our fault is credited at the daily rate. Hourly plans are not refundable once the first hour has started.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support; unused prepaid time is handled under the refund policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break section 6 or 7, if a payment is reversed or disputed, if a carrier or platform complaint names your line, or if we are required to by law. Suspensions for conduct do not generate refunds for the suspended period. We may also retire a device, a carrier or a city for operational reasons; when that happens we move you to equivalent hardware or refund the unused time, your choice.
10. What we promise and what we do not
We promise that the device is ours, that the SIM is a real carrier SIM, that nobody else is on the modem during your term, that the line will be activated promptly after payment and that a human will answer support by email and through our Telegram bot around the clock. We do not promise any specific address, any specific geolocation reading from any particular database, any specific speed, or that any website or platform will accept traffic from the line. Mobile addresses are shared with the carrier's subscribers and third parties judge them as they see fit.
The service comes to you as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or indirect loss of any kind.
11. Your content, our software
Whatever you send through the line is yours and stays yours. The dashboard, the API, the documentation and the design of the service are ours, and you receive only the right to use them for the term you paid for. Do not copy, scrape or reverse engineer the dashboard or the API beyond what the documented endpoints allow.
12. Indemnity, law, changes and contact
You agree to cover any loss, claim or cost we incur because of your use of the line in breach of these terms, including claims from carriers and platforms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict rules, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of that state unless the law where you live gives you a right to sue at home. If a clause is found unenforceable the rest stands.
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the dashboard and by email at least seven days before they apply, and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Questions go to [email protected] or to our Telegram bot, @DedicatedMobileProxiesBot.
Questions
Is anyone else ever on my modem?
No. For the whole term the device and its SIM carry your traffic only. That is the product, and it is the first clause of these terms.
What exactly happens if my renewal fails?
The line keeps working for 24 hours, is suspended for the next 24 hours, and is forfeited at 48 hours. Paying at any point in the first 48 hours restores it.
Is unlimited data really unlimited?
For proxy work of any volume, yes. The only thing outside fair use is treating the line as a bulk file transfer pipe, which gets the SIM cut off by the carrier.
Do you look at my traffic?
No. We see session metadata such as timing and volume for billing and abuse handling, never contents or destinations.
Can I get my money back to my wallet?
Within the first 24 hours of a plan, yes, on request. After that, refunds go to your account balance as prorated credit.
