Dedicated ISP Proxies, and the Honest Version of Dedicated Residential Proxies

This site sells one thing above all: a modem that nobody else is on. We have added two products beside it, and before you buy either we want to be exact about which of them is dedicated in the same sense. Dedicated ISP proxies are: each one is a fixed IPv4 address on a named carrier or cable network, served from a rack in Virginia, and for the term of your order no other customer sends a byte through it. Dedicated residential proxies, in the strict sense, do not exist anywhere in the market, and we will not pretend ours do; what we sell is rotating residential data by the gigabyte, where a sticky session gives you an address to yourself for half an hour at most and then hands it on. A rotating mobile pool sits next to it with the same shared nature. This page explains all three, the rules around them and the prices, with the modem you came for kept in view.

Static ISP addresses: fixed, registered, yours for the term

Each entry in the table is an IPv4 address that belongs to the network it is named after and leaves from a Virginia rack. For as long as your order runs, that address carries your traffic and no one else's. Decide on the network, how many you want and how long; the order shares a single login.

Residential and mobile pool data: shared addresses, private sessions

Data by the gigabyte, spent through real household connections in 190+ countries or, on the second card, through a shared pool of real handsets on 4G and 5G. Aim a list at a country, then a state, city or ASN if you need to; keep one address for half an hour at most or take a fresh one on every request.

What dedicated means here, product by product

On a mobile plan, dedicated means the physical device. One modem, one SIM, your traffic only, for the whole term, with unlimited data and rotation that only you trigger. That has not changed.

On a static ISP order it means the address. The IPv4 you are given belongs to one of five American networks, T-Mobile, RCN, Frontier, Comcast or AT&T, or to DTAG in the United Kingdom or Orange in France, and it is assigned to your order alone until the order ends. It does not rotate and it does not change hands mid-term.

On residential and mobile pool data it means a session, not an address. The pool is made of household connections in 190+ countries, and real handsets in the mobile case, which many customers draw from. What is yours is the sticky session: one address held for your requests only, for as long as thirty minutes, then released. If a job needs the same address for months, that is an ISP order or a modem, not data.

Static ISP addresses: the fixed identity

Decide on the network, the quantity and the length. The minimum is ten addresses, and an order runs a month, a quarter, half a year or a full year. Native rows have sat on their carrier longest, Fresh rows are newer to proxy use, and the T-Mobile Legacy row is the low-cost one. Canadian Telus is in the catalogue but sold out as this is written.

Each order carries exactly one login. Choose a username and password that every address accepts, an IP whitelist so nothing has to store a password, or SOCKS5. You can switch between these later, and when you do the dashboard regenerates the credentials for every address in that order, so plan the switch for a quiet moment.

Because the address leaves from a datacenter rack rather than a cell tower it is quick and steady, and a lookup shows the carrier as the owner and Virginia as the place. It is the right product for a seller account, a tool that whitelists one IP, or a monitor that should look like the same household every day.

  • Five US networks plus DTAG and Orange in Europe; the table has the full list
  • Ten IPs per order at least; a month, a quarter, half a year or a year
  • One login per order, switchable between password, whitelist and SOCKS5
  • Leaves from Virginia; yours alone for the term

Residential data: shared addresses, private sessions

You buy gigabytes rather than addresses. Rotating residential data costs $2 per GB and never expires, so the order waits for you however slowly you use it. From one order you generate lists: a country, then optionally a state, a city or an ASN; rotating, so each request leaves from a different household, or sticky, so one household is kept for the minutes you set, thirty at most. Every list line carries the host, the port and the login.

Only data that passes through the proxies is metered. Generating a list costs nothing, and a list you never use costs nothing. Top up from the same card when the order runs low, or turn on auto top-up and set an amount to be added whenever the data falls below one tenth.

The mobile pool is shared by design

The rotating mobile pool is 4G and 5G data drawn from a large number of real handsets, $10 per GB, aimed by country, state or city. The sticky and rotating choices are the same as on residential data and so is the no-expiry rule.

We want to be plain about this one because of what our name promises. The pool is not a dedicated modem. Your requests share those addresses with other users, and you cannot pick a device or keep one address beyond thirty minutes. It is for breadth: many mobile addresses across many places in a short time. For one steady mobile identity, rent the modem.

One login per order, one order per client

Agencies ask how to keep clients apart. On modems the answer is one modem per client. On ISP orders the answer is one order per client, because the login is shared across every address in an order and regenerating it affects them all. Ten addresses is the smallest order, so a client who needs five fixed addresses still takes an order of ten.

Residential data can be split by lists instead: generate a separate list per client from one order, each with its own targeting. The data is shared across the lists, so watch the total if one client is heavier than the others.

Terms, renewals and the exit

ISP orders renew monthly. With auto-renew on, the next month is paid from your balance and the addresses stay yours; with it off, a reminder arrives three days ahead of the end and the order stops when the term runs out. Extending adds months at the rate you paid. Cancelling an ISP order before its end stops the addresses immediately and nothing is refunded for the unused days.

Data orders have no term. Cancel a residential or mobile pool order inside 7 days and the unused gigabytes come back to your balance; keep it longer and the data simply stays on the order.

The price of each, next to the modem

Static ISP addresses run from $2.10 to $4 per IP per month depending on the network: the AT&T Native row is the dearest at $4, the T-Mobile Legacy row the cheapest at $2.10, and every other row, American or European, is $2.40. Ten addresses for a month, the smallest possible ISP order, therefore costs $21, $24 or $40 depending on the row.

Residential data is $2 per GB and mobile pool data is $10 per GB, both flat. A dedicated 4G modem from us is $5 a day, $28 a week or $69 a month, and a 5G modem is $6, $31 or $79, each with unlimited data and no second customer on it. If one steady address and heavy traffic are the job, the modem is usually the cheaper buy as well as the cleaner one.

Dedicated ISP and residential proxies: what people ask

Is a static ISP address really dedicated to me?

Yes. For the term of your order the address is assigned to it alone; no other customer routes through it. It is fixed, belongs to the named network, and leaves from Virginia.

Are residential proxies dedicated too?

Not in the way a modem or an ISP address is. Residential data comes from a shared pool of real households. What you hold privately is a sticky session, one address for half an hour at most. For a permanent private address choose ISP or a modem.

Is there a minimum number of IPs?

Ten at least, for one month at least. Depending on the row that smallest ISP order is $21, $24 or $40 for the month, which is ten times the per-IP price of $2.10, $2.40 or $4.

Can different people in my team use different logins on one ISP order?

No. An order has one login, shared by all its addresses. Place one order per client or team if they must be kept apart.

Does the data I buy run out or expire?

It runs out only as you use it. Residential and mobile pool gigabytes have no expiry, and you can top up or set auto top-up at any time.

What is the difference between the mobile pool and one of your modems?

The pool is 4G and 5G data from many handsets shared among many customers, $10 per GB, aimed by country, state or city. A modem is a device rented to you alone with unlimited data. Pool for variety, modem for a steady identity.

Can I get my money back if I stop early?

ISP orders are not refunded; cancelling one stops the addresses at once. Residential and pool orders cancelled inside seven days return the unused gigabytes to your balance.

Where are the ISP addresses physically?

In Virginia for the US networks. DTAG addresses read as the United Kingdom and Orange addresses as France. Our modems are the product to use when a specific US city matters.
