Dedicated Mobile Proxies Refund Policy

Version dated October 10, 2026. You rent a modem for a term. If you stop needing it, you should not pay for the part you did not use. That is the principle, and this page is the detail: a full refund inside the first day, a prorated refund afterwards, credit to your balance by default and a wallet refund on request in the first 24 hours, credit for downtime we caused, and a short list of situations where no refund is due. Support applies this page exactly as written, so if a case seems to fall outside it, write to [email protected] and describe it; we would rather settle it than argue about it.

Inside the first 24 hours

Cancel a daily, weekly or monthly plan within 24 hours of its activation and the full price is refunded. You do not need to give a reason, and the amount of traffic you sent in those hours does not matter. The purpose of this window is to let you test the line against the sites you actually use: if the address geolocates somewhere unhelpful for you, if a platform you need treats the carrier badly, or if the speed in that city is not what your work needs, you cancel and lose nothing.

After the first 24 hours

From the second day onward, a cancellation refunds the days you have not used. The calculation is the plan price divided by the number of days in the term, multiplied by the full days remaining after the day you cancel. The day of cancellation counts as used. A monthly plan cancelled with twenty full days left refunds twenty thirtieths of the monthly price; a weekly plan cancelled with three days left refunds three sevenths of the weekly price. Daily plans cancelled after the first 24 hours have nothing left to refund.

Hourly plans are different. They are bought for a fixed block of two to four hours, never renew, and are not refundable once the first hour has begun. If an hourly line does not work at all from the start, tell support within the block and it is refunded in full.

Where the money goes

Refunds are credited to your account balance at desk.dedicatedmobileproxies.com. From there the credit pays for any future plan, in any city, on any carrier, and it does not expire. Within the first 24 hours of a plan you may instead ask for the refund to be sent back to the payment method or cryptocurrency wallet it came from; say so in your request and give the wallet address if it was a crypto payment. After the first 24 hours, refunds are balance credit only.

Wallet refunds are sent to the same chain and address the payment arrived from, less the network fee, usually within two business days. Card and PayPal reversals take as long as the provider takes, typically five to ten business days.

Downtime we caused

If your modem is unreachable because of a fault on our side, such as a failed device, a facility outage or a mistake we made in the dashboard, and the outage lasts more than four hours in a day, that day is credited at the plan's daily rate. We measure outages from our own monitoring and from the first report we received, whichever is earlier, and you do not need to ask; the credit is applied when the incident is closed. Carrier-side events, such as a tower outage or a carrier resetting sessions, and anything caused by your own configuration, do not count.

Renewals you did not mean to pay

Plans renew from your balance unless you turn renewal off. If a renewal goes through that you did not intend, tell support within 24 hours of the renewal time and it is reversed in full to your balance, provided the line was not used after the renewal. After 24 hours, or if the line was used, the prorated rule applies.

Where no refund is due

A line suspended or terminated for breaking the acceptable use or fair use clauses of our terms is not refunded for the suspended period or for the remainder of the term. A payment that is reversed through a chargeback or a payment dispute closes the account and forfeits any balance until the dispute is settled. Time lost because a third-party platform blocked or limited a carrier address is not refundable, because we do not promise how any platform treats mobile traffic. Moves between our cities are free and do not generate a refund or a charge.

How to ask

Cancel the plan from the dashboard, or write to [email protected] or through the Telegram bot from the account that bought it, naming the line and saying whether you want balance credit or, within the first 24 hours, a wallet refund. Balance credit appears within one business day. If you disagree with the amount, reply with your reasoning and a second person on the team will review it.

Questions

Can I get everything back if the line does not suit me?

Inside the first 24 hours of a plan, yes, in full, no reason needed.

How is a partial refund worked out?

Plan price divided by days in the term, times the full days left after the day you cancel. Credited to your balance.

Can the refund go back to my crypto wallet?

Within the first 24 hours of a plan, yes, on request, to the same chain and address, less the network fee.

Does downtime get credited automatically?

Yes. An outage on our side longer than four hours in a day credits that day at the daily rate when the incident closes.
